- Professional Management – Office on site
- Landscaping – maintenance of the entire grounds including management of shrubs, trees, flowers, lawn, weeding, fertilizing, planting new shrubs and plants, correction of problem lawn areas, raking leaves, etc. Scrub protection during the winter, as needed.
- Irrigation – Maintenance and turn on/off the system
- Trash And Recycling Pickup – Weekly
- Sanitary Sewer Maintenance
- Snow Plowing – Includes clearing of driveway and walkways to house and use of snowmelt/sand, as needed
- Help with Minor home repairs – Performed by HM staff – change light bulbs, minor fixes to plumbing, windows, some appliance troubleshooting, garage doors, etc. Help is available on site
- Exterior window cleaning – Once per year
- Mater Insurance Policy – Covers the structures at the Condominium
- Meetinghouse – Maintenance including cleaning, stocking with selected items, supporting events, socials, etc.
- Tennis Court – Maintenance of court and grounds
Your Maintenance also includes collecting money for Long-Term expenses – you no longer need to budget for these items:

- External Lighting repairs and replacement
- Paving of driveways and street maintenance
